Our story01

We were born inside a travel magazine read by the people who sell travel in Poland. That is still our unfair advantage.

As journalists we spent years interviewing tour operators, travelling with them and writing about the destinations they sell. The relationships came first - the events followed naturally.

Today we design workshops, roadshows, presentations and FAM trips for tourism boards, DMCs and hotel groups who want real business in Poland and the V4 - and we back every event with coverage in ALL Inclusive.

Viola
Domański-Szabó

A journalist, art director and event organizer whose role at the company is to keep everything under control. A graduate of Hungarian and English studies, living in Poland for more than ten years - language differences never stand in Viola's way.

As a travel journalist she has travelled across the globe, enchanting readers with her reportages, and received the Golden Pen from the National Board of Croatia.

She knows V4 tourism and its most influential players inside out - tour operators, travel agencies and travel-related services. Networking is her real passion; perfection, her standard.

Michał
Domański

He started his career as a journalist and editor for various magazines, until he founded his own - ALL Inclusive, now the leading travel trade magazine in Poland, honoured with Success of the Year 2017 and 2022 and Luxury Trademark of the Year 2017.

When television or radio needs an expert on the real state of Polish tourism, Michał is very often the one they call. When a Polish tour operator needs a good DMC abroad, he is the first number they dial.

Devoted to tourism events for more than two decades, he knows all key players in the trade. With Spanish as his second language, he works first and foremost with Latin America and the Caribbean.
