Questions we hear most often.
01 How far in advance should we plan?
For a workshop or presentation, ideally three to four months. Roadshows and FAM trips need four to six months. ALLinTOO seats are booked up to a year ahead.
02 Who are the buyers you invite?
Tour operators and decision makers from Poland and the V4 - product managers, owners and MICE planners. No retail agents unless you ask for them.
03 Can you work with our budget?
Yes. We start from your goals and budget and propose the format that delivers the most meetings and visibility for it.
04 Do you only work in Poland?
Most events happen in Poland, but we also run roadshows across Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary and take buyers on FAM trips worldwide.
05 What do we receive after the event?
A report within two weeks: participant list, meetings held, feedback, photos and media coverage.
